This was a good episode, the ship docks in Italy and they all visit Rome
Here are the highlights of Dylan Sprouse.

The boys don’t have a reservation so they can’t eat at Gigi’s world famous Italian restaurant. So they beg Moesby to let them sit with his reservation. Unfortunately there is only one chair so Cody sits on Zack’s lap until he throws him down. Then Cody grabs a chair from under a customer and this creates the usual havoc.

Cody: (hits doughman with a rolling pin) Now he’s dead as a dough nail.
